2 cups oatmeal 1 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup shredded coconut 1 cup raw/unsalted sunflower
seeds
1/3 cup (1 small jar) sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup olive oil 2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 Tablespoon water
Mix together all dry ingredients. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss everything together until blended, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to bake evenly. It is better to leave it a bit moist rather than dry it out. Cool, and store in a tightly sealed container. Will fill a half-gallon jar. Wonderful sprinkled on top of yogurt and fruit.
